In Memory of Pilar Lim: Pioneering Innovative Designs in Mood Disorders Studies

This talk will review a few innovative design topics and case studies that were selected from a large volume of programs that Pilar Lim fostered and led during her work at Johnson and Johnson. We will take a retrospective look to see how innovative statistical ideas and approaches supported programs in the Neuroscience therapeutic area.
Applications of adaptive designs, advanced dose-response and exposure-response analysis methods and borrowing information techniques will be among the topics that make stories about the evolution of understanding, reaching consensus, and challenges experienced in real studies
