East Horizon – Explore is Cytel's most advanced simulation-driven software application for adaptive clinical trial design. The software leverages immense cloud computing to generate broad design spaces that empower users to optimize and fine-tune adaptive designs with unparalleled precision and confidence. The workshop will survey adaptive methods and their implementation in the software and will include demonstrations of design and analysis of several study types. Adaptive features covered will be driven by audience interest and may include futility and efficacy stopping at an interim analysis; sample size re-estimation; population enrichment, and multiplicity (designs with multiple endpoints and/or study arms) for event-driven trials, as well as continuous and binary endpoints. The intended audience are trained biostatisticians working in the field of clinical trial design.

• Workshop participants will receive 14-day access to the East Horizon Platform as part of the training. Limited-time access will give participants first-hand experience with the full functionalities of East Horizon, including tools covered in the workshop and additional features for extended learning and practical application.
• A certificate of participation will be provided to workshop participants.
