Is your statistical consulting/collaboration lab ready to go global? Join us to launch the North American regional network of the LISA 2020 Global Network, which comprises 37 stat labs in 11 developing countries currently organized into 6 regions. We are expanding to the U.S. and Canada to create a 7th regional network. As a member, your stat lab will move beyond local consulting and collaboration to provide vital mentorship and logistical support to partners in developing countries while fostering rich, reciprocal exchanges. Attend this roundtable to learn how your lab can join the LISA 2020 Global Network, share best practices, and help strengthen statistical practice worldwide.

Success as a statistical practitioner increasingly requires abilities in communication, teamwork, ethics, leadership, and effective collaboration with domain experts. Role‑play offers an active‑learning approach that allows students and professionals to practice these skills in realistic, interpersonal settings. We will share concrete examples of how we have implemented role‑play and discuss benefits, challenges, concerns, and strategies to equip instructors with practical tools and confidence to begin experimenting with the method.
