2018 Vendor/Exhibitor Ready Room Log-In

Welcome to CiderCON’s annual tradeshow and conference. If you are a confirmed 2018 vendor/exhibitor, log in below using the log in information previously emailed to you.  Once logged in, you will be able to:

  • Update your company information
  • Upload brochures and logos
  • Download and complete all important documents and forms including the exhibitor kit, shipping labels, and more.

Badges for 3 company representatives are included with each 10' x 10' space. Badges for 2 representatives are included with each table space. 1 additional badge for each booth space may be purchased in your Ready Room. Representatives who have badges through their booths do not need to register for the conference individually.

Cancellations and Refunds.  Cancellation:  In the event of booth cancellation by Exhibitor (in writing to info@ciderassociation.org with receipt acknowledged by CiderCon staff): By December 16th, 2017, all fees paid less $100 for processing, will be refunded.  If cancellation occurs between December 17th, 2017 and January 16th, 2018, 50% of fees paid will be refunded.  After January 16th, 2018, the full cost regardless of fees paid will be forfeited.  No refunds will be processed after this date.
